First period.

Hey, I'm 20 years old. when I started my period when I was 14 my mom put me on birth control. and I've always been on birth control. until 3 days ago. I didn't have a period at all when I was on birth control. So this is like my first period all over again. Any tips for cramps? you shoulda seen me in the store getting tampons. I felt like a man, all confused.
