Tummy troubles

Does anyone else get a strange feeling it you eat hot or cold food? Almost like feel it going down and sitting in my tummy. Then have a pinchy tummy for a few hours. I have a Dr's appointment booked but not till next month so was curious if I'm just a bit strange!
