Sperm meets egg vs. BD?

BD?" /> So DH and I have TTC for #1 for almost 6 months and I'm 36 (DH is 33). My HSG showed clear tubes, and both of our bloodwork is normal. During ovulation days, we've tried both (Sperm Meets Egg Plan) SMEP plan using Softcups with and without having sex (i.e. - he goes right in softcup and I insert), and BDing every other day. I've also used Pre-Seed. Unfortunately none of these have worked. Are there any fans of either the SMEP or just BDing? Has anyone with trouble conceiving had success? Are there any tips/tricks/hints anyone can offer?

We are also trying SMEP this month. It is my first FW since have a mc two weeks ago, so we will see if it works!

Tried the every other day for a few cycles now. This cycle going to try the SMEP. Going to try it a few times at least and see what happens. Taking prenatals and multi vitamins as well, trying red raspberry tea for the first couple weeks of this cycle to just strengthen everything lol :) It's definite worth trying new things.  If SMEP didn't work for you, trying every other day can't hurt!
