Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help my baby sleep more soundly or perhaps have answers to why he's suddenly so restless at 9 weeks? I thought maybe he's having a growth spurt but he's not eating anymore really...he will wake himself up rubbing his face and moving his arms. During they day especially, not sleeping longer than 20 or 30 minutes, but at night too. Constantly tossing and turning, even if I put him in bed with me. And he'd just started sleeping a full 6 hours at night too, but suddenly he's just very restless. We already have a fairly set bedtime and routine. Bath, baby massage, bottle, and bed.
