Just started Clomid

I have PCOS i've been on my period for 12days and my doctor started me on Clomid 100mg for 5days on day 10 i feel like thats a little too late, i took ovulation test one came sightly faded two lines then i took anothet one next morning it was just one line saying not ovulating. Help?! Ive been convicting for past two years, was pregant once but miscarriaged. Im confused if its not working or working?
