Worried-UTI 😨

I'm 5w4d pregnant and my doctor called after my appointment and said my urine culture came back and I have a UTI. I didn't have any symptoms so I was a little thrown off, but this happened to me earlier in the year when I miscarried so I didn't think much of it. I just used the restroom and there was about a dime-sized piece of white, tissue-type material in the toilet. Is this from UTI or is there something wrong with my pregnancy??? I'm not sure what to do? No blood or cramping. Is this normal? 😨
