How long have you been TTC?

How long have you been TTC & what did you do different when things got difficult to achieve pregnancy? been going on 3 years TTC. I've tried healthy dieting, prenatal pills, fertility blend, conceive plus, evening primrose pills, ovulation testing... And just noooo luck. 😔 we really want a baby!! It saddens me how AF decides to show up every month.
