What does this mean?

Okay so I took this test today probably two hours ago now and it immediately turned to this before the three minutes was up. Am I or am I not, pregnant?

That's what my BFN looked like. I'm sorry. These Blue dye tests seem to always leave an indent. If you try a frer it would probably be stark white. 
All that being said, that doesn't mean you're not pregnant. It could just mean you're testing too early
