Pain @ nearly 24 weeks.

So I'm nearly 25 weeks on Thursday and I was stood making mine & my partners dinner this evening and I had such a pain in the middle of my tummy when I was standing. It eased off when I sat down but come back abit now I'm lay in bed. Any ideas what this could be??
