Okay so for some reason, last night, I remembered about a time (around 9 years ago) where twice in the same month I experienced an episode where (this description is gonna be terrble but bear with) my vision went starry, I felt tired and the front/top part of my head felt like it had brain freeze (an uncomfortable feeling). This passed and I continued to run around the field playing with friends (I was 11 at the time) and the discomfort from what I can remember did not escalate from what I described. I assume this may have been 2 episodes of migraine with aura however with the headache part absent. At this point in time, I have been on the combined pill for 3 years and I'm pretty sure I tried to tell my doctor about this but could not describe it very well so maybe she didn't think much of it. My pill leaflet says if you have EVER had a migraine with aura, don't take it. I have an appointment with a nurse next week to discuss this, should I be worried? Were those episodes relavent if it's never happened again? Should I change to the progesterone only pill? If I do, how likely is it I'll bleed regularly? So scared of switching and feeling like a little kid again struggling to deal with not knowing when I'll bleed or being worried of pregnancy if I don't bleed in ages. Other methods aren't really something I want to consider due to various reasons.
