Internal ultrasound at 7 weeks 2 days

Last Tuesday I had spotting, so I went to my OB and had an internal ultrasound done, they didn't hear a heartbeat or see the baby, but they did see both sacs, told me everything looked okay. I was 5 weeks 3 days, but I go back Monday to hopefully hear a heartbeat. I'll be 7 weeks 3 days. Should I be concerned that I won't see a baby, or hear a heart beat?
