Help! Burning feeling in my stomach

Hi ladies! So I'm 6 weeks 1 day pregnant today. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past year. I am currently feeling a burning sensation in my stomach it comes and goes and it really doesn't hurt just bothers me specially since I'm worried. I have not been bleeding but today when I peed I noticed very light pink on the toilet paper when I wipe. (Again it only happened 2 times and I very very light if I wasn't looking for it I wouldn't have noticed)... I haven't had bad cramps. I'm just so nervous and trying to be Ontop of this pregnancy because I don't want to be at risk of another miscarriage. Any advise? I have an ultrasound tmw but I'm just so worried I probably won't sleep tonight. 😔 any thoughts?
