Dehydration!
I drink anywhere from 5 to 8 bottles of water a day and Doctor still tells me that I'm on the dehydration side. I'm trying to push myself to drink more water but when you're already drinking over half your weight in water a day how are you supposed to push it down. Baby is already laying on my bladder and pushing my lungs and other organs! I drink regular water and even sometimes add the sugar flavor packets to make it more "enjoyable" like j already don't have enough on my mind I have to worry about water water water 😠
