Hi ladies i have been placed on Bed rest 😢

I'm 23w&5d with di/di Boy Girl twins ive been put on bed rest because my cervix is opening or getting shorter as they say , my babies are only 1lb4oz & 1lb6oz 😫I'm really terrified of having them to early or them being to little . I've also been losing weight instead of gaining it . The specialist I go to is named Dr. Ray Samadi he's a nice dr who jss told me to kick my feet up but it's hard because I have an 8month old who is starting to walk I jss need some advice 😢
