Prune Juice FTW!
Hi Ladies!
I just wanted to shoot a quick message to any of my constipated gals. 4 oz of prune juice at night before bed each night will have you nice and regular. What I love about it is that #1 it's not medicine #2 it's healthy for you and #3 It never fails with a bowel movement.
It's not the tastiest but it the most effective.
