I think I just had a miscarrage. what do I do now?

You need to make sure. You can call your doctor and they wil run a blood test to see if you were pregnant. There can be seeious complications and you may need a d&c. Just take it easy and call your doctor first thing tomorrow. I've had 3 misscarriages, so if you need to talk I'm here :)

Make sure you actually had a miscarriage hun. If you did im very sorry and The best thing to do right now is just let your emotions out whatever your feeling or not feeling just confront it. Cry, yell, laugh, eat a giant pizza if you have too. Look for some support too whether in real life or online im sure we have a group on here for miscarriages. 💗💗
