Husband

My husband has been getting out of control lately with name calling and talking to me really rude, always thinking I'm out to get him and disrespectful. He's been initiating it more and more now that we spend a lot of time together in summertime. Already tried talking to him. He says sorry and then he does it all over again. Anyone know any "punishments" or consequences I can give him every time this behavior sparks up? I know holding sex is not a good thing, but I'm so tired of fighting already. Any suggestions help, thank you.
