I just sit after I pee and just wait cause the cramps are so bad I just let myself bleed out and itbtakes me like an hour just to be able to get up don't know if its just me

I’m glad I read all the comments since having my son 7 years ago I haven’t had cramps until my miscarriage last Jan! And omg now I’m just sitting on the toilet wanting for them to leave my body I forgot how bad cramps are omg!!! Praying for a rainbow baby after this!!!
