Help with losing weight
I want to start running, but every time I wake up to do so, I just go back to sleep. I've read that it helps toning up thighs and belly but I'm not too sure about that. I can't to alot due to my hip, I have a screw in it and running is about the only thing I can do to lose weight but I can never get around to it. Also I want to eat better and I do get fruits/veggies sometimes but all I get tomato's, cucumbers, and lettuce. I don't know what else to get??
