my friend needs some help!!!

So basically my friend had sex early this month while she was on her period and they didnt use a condom, then used plan B the next day. This previous weekend while she was in her fertile window she had sex again without a condom. Both times he pulled out. She's also not on birth control.

I know that plan B messes with your cycle so I'm not sure if she would get pregnant, like if what would be her fertile window is still her fertile window, i also know that there's always that risk of getting pregnant. So do you think she's pregnant? What should she do?
