Not really sure where to put this but....

So this guy I sort of non officially "dated" (I was about to move and don't do distance) and I have been talking since I was a freshman and him a sophomore. We are both graduated now. I'm 18 and he's 20, but anyways. We have kept in touch since I've moved half way through my junior year and he recently told me he wants to visit me. That's 5000 miles of travel. He is constantly saying things like "I just wish I was there to cuddle with you" , "good morning beautiful ", and "you're so beautiful". He was my first kiss and I haven't felt any different about him since the last time I saw him. I feel like if he were to visit I'd just want to atack him 😅😏😉. But at the same time I feel like getting emotionally attached like that will send me in a downward spiral. Is it a good idea to go on and let him visit?
