Unmedicated 35 hour labor w Midwives!

Normal first time pregnancy. No problems despite being on feet whole time taking care of patients in nursing school 4 days a week & working some weekends. I was due week of finals but had non-stop cramps 3 weeks prior. My midwife sent me home 2 times! Cuz I was only at a 3 & 4! Bc birthing center was outta town I did most of labor in a cheap motel nearby that night. (Took 10+ showers on my hands & knees). In AM midwife kept me cuz I was at 6cm & FINALLY a bloody show. Tried birthing in tub at center & could not relax due to back pain. Asked mwife to pop sack on bed in suite & 16 mins later baby arrived! I want an IV line for hydration next time cuz I threw up the last 20 hours. Otherwise I'd do it all again.
