Becoming healthier
Last September my husband and I got married after I had had my 5 year iud removed from when my ex husband made me insert it, and we tried to have a baby. I just turned 34 May of this year. Unbeknownst to me, I became pregnant sometime the end of December or January and experienced my first and hopefully only devastating miscarriage. It was very very painful. I had just told my husband over a romantic dinner on valentine's day I was expecting and the next day we found out we had actually lost it. The next month I joined a gym and started working out and trying to lose weight. I also got a personal trainer. Well I was doing all this hard work and nothing was really happening. The end of April, my husband ended up in the hospital for complications of diabetes. It was at that point I decided to take charge and decided he didn't have any more choice with his health and I needed to buckle down. So I took matters into my own hands and took the advice of a friend. Well I started taking her vitamins and supplements and just 5 days after my birthday, third week of May, I decided to make a change. 30 days later I had dropped 18 inches and 36 lbs. I'm so excited to have gone from a 28 to a 22. I'm still losing weight. It has helped weight loss, skin conditions, lack of energy, pcos, breastmilk supply, attention, neuropathy, hormonal issues, candida issues, gut health, ibs, colitis, diabetes and others. It has helped my weight, energy, made my cycle more regular, given me more energy and focus, helped regulate my husbands sugar levels, help his ibs become controlled and other things.
