Ttc two years

So me n my fiance have been ttc for two years ive had all the tests I can possibly have im fine n healthy I ovulate but lastnight me n my partner had sex and he said to me he gives up hope ttc as its not happned since mc last year this really has got me down I suggested for him to go form sperm analisis but hes to frightened to I have a feeling there's somthing wrong with him not major or am I over thinking n getting worked up n thats why its not happening x
