OK so I hate my job! No, like literally hate! We have a few managers who work during my shift, but one in particular that I cannot simple stand. And I'm a very likeable person, and not many ppl I can actually say I have problems with.. But she just always seems to on her period, and always negative! And it's not like I can really argue with her back, and plus she's also engaged to one of the other managers at the job (whom I actually like..and started to ask him a few times if he was sure about marrying her later this yr) I try my best to duck and dodge her just to keep from cursing her out and losing my job completely..and it's getting old. I would rather work somewhere that is not as petty and has so many rules. My job is quick to cut your bonus over petty mistakes ( they have really good bonuses, a few ppl have made over $700 per wk in bonuses...but you have to work full-time and work your ass off for that extra $700 too!) They have gotten on to me multiple times about going about 5 mins over my break ( I work 7 hrs + and a 15 min break isn't long enough to really chill and use BR) The only reason I keep working there is b/c they offer unlimited overtime, the bonuses, they work with my school schedule (I'm a college student), and they let me have every weekend off (which is a major plus). But to me its not worth it in a sense, b/c they want you to work work work and keep money flowing to their pockets but have seem to forgotten what us regular employees have to deal with just to work there, and not only that but your bonus is not even promised... At any point they can cut your bonus, for the week or month, (depends on the mistakes), for minor mistakes and you be done worked soooo freaking hard to get it!!! So my question is, are they any legit online jobs for moms? I really want to find somewhere else that will work with my school schedule, and I'm also a mom who has bills, so I need to make a certain amount each month just to survive (don't we all) in this world. If you don't know any jobs, then what are the problems you face on your job? I know I can't be the only one who hates mines!!
