What's up with the nipples?

Anyone else have little bumps on your nipples?  With white heads?  What is that?  What causes it?

Ie always had the little bumps on my areolas. Since i got pregnant ive gotten more of them. They dont have whiteheads  in them. I do have one in particular that is bigger than the rest and i used to saueeze it when i was younger and stuff would come out. It was never much, and never caused issues. My mom had them on hers if i remember correctly. I always thought that was a mommy thing. The bumps and darkening was the first thing i noticed chaangig in my boobies.
