How do you become comfortable to say dirty things to your man or become completely naked with him? I want to become completely comfortable with my man but I get too embarrassed. Any help?

I think it really helps of your partner tells you how beautiful he finds you and tells you how he enjoys you talking dirty... We need just tons of encurragement and praise.

You have to figure out why you feel so uncomfortable and insecure and try to resolve whatever issue it is within you. You have to love and accept yourself as you are and be comfortable in your own skin... be comfortable with who you are, in the bed and out of the bed. Know what you want and what you like and don't be ashamed of it. You are you, you are beautiful, you are enough. Try being comfortable with yourself and your sexuality alone, naked, in front of a mirror and see how beautiful and sexy you really are… and then bring some of that confidence into the bed with you.

My hubby and I don't really dirty talk. But he is the only person in the world I feel comfortable with being naked in front of, that includes myself. It's the way he looks at me and the kind things he says when we are not naked that make it more comfortable for me. Always talking things out with your partner removes some stress if they know where you are coming from.
