Feel Crazy

So I'm on CD51 my last period was May 3rd still no sign of my period! Talked to my doctor multiple blood and urine tests for pregnancy all negative!!! My period is usually no later than 2-3 days MAX! I just need some insight. My boobs are just now starting to feel tender and I feel nauseous and hungry more than usual I now gain 145 pounds when maybe a month or so ago I only weighed about 120 at the most I was on the pill but stopped taking it Sunday due to the sickness and wanting to see if it would make my period start my doctor switched me to the patch which I will start taking this following Sunday but I'm just confused as to why my period would be late by 22 days out of nowhere this has NEVER happened to me except when I was pregnant.
