Gym-spiration!!
I've struggled with self image, weight and unhealthy eating/eating habits my whole life. I got type one diabetes when I was in 8th grade and lost a bunch of weight, which was a good thing as I was pretty over weight.
Since then I've struggled with body image, always being afraid of going back, and I've used my diabetes as a way of keeping weight off but obviously it's very bad and a danger to myself.
Last year I had a back injury which made me bed ridden since the pain killers I was on made me lose my appetite and start having blackouts, so I couldn't go out alone. I started to do my insulin properly and still lost a lot of weight because I was never hungry. I was too skinny but I also didn't mind because I liked it. Since then I've put on weight, and people say I look much healthier, but I'm getting too far now and although I'm not over weight I'd like to start going out and being active because id like to feel and stay healthy. My point being I'd love some workout tips and food tips for starting a new lifestyle, sorry for the novel! But people don't understand when I don't tell the whole store!!
