Does any one have braces? Well I've had braces for about a year now. So I just got bands and my teeth ache. I also recently went to the orthodontist and got them tightened. I got bands and it's new for me but I should wear them all day according to the orthodontist. Do you take them off before you go to bed? I definitely take them off when I eat. But I'm confused, when would I take them off. I'm looking for help from people with or had braces. Because obviously no one else understands the pain that we have/had to deal with.
