No pic. Mucus plug or discharge from cervical check?

I just went to the bathroom and wiped and there was like a glob of discharge about dime sized, but it was kind of brown tinged. I had a cervical check yesterday and my doctor told me I would bleed, but I didn't at all yesterday and I didn't with my first check. Please help!
