I just started bottle feeding my newborn (2W old) with my expressed milk and formula....I've been using an avent 4oz bottle with there newborn 0-3 month nipples....However, she's massively glupping it down within a few mins....breast milk and formula. She will have a big spit up every now and then....maybe every other or every two feedings or so. She's very gassy as well....but she's always been from birth.

Can I get some other bottle/nipple recommendations....what's the slowest flow nipple I can buy?!
