How do you know when you should go in!?

I just don't know... I'm a FTM and really think I need to go to L&D.... I've had horrible back pain consistently since last night. I'm not timing it because I don't know I just really don't know what to do... It is so so bad.. I don't know😔 I'm at work and almost in tears... 😔

If your hurting that bad please don't wait. Go now, if your not in labor than maybe they can figure out why your hurting so bad!!
