Sore hips anyone?

I'm 10 weeks 3 days and my hips and outside butt cheek have been hurting! Anyone else? I find it's worse after sleeping on my sides all night.

Mine are horrible anyway, hips often just dislocate. I am in agony today.. 13weeks :((

Omg yes. I'm only 9wks & it's killing me sleeping on either side.... and I'm usually a side-sleeper. I've tried putting pillows under me, but still no help. If you find something that works, please let me know.
