Drs office high blood pressure concerned ?

Currenlty at drs office bcs ear hurts and my blood pressure was 152/92 should i be concerned should i call my ob or something ?? Im 39 weeks 1 day

I would call and let ur ob know it was slightly elevated they may want you to go over to labor and delivery for a non stress test on baby
