IVF vs First Trimester

Anyone else feel surprised about how much 1st trimester sucks compared to IVF?  How are you all coping?  ?  How are you finding first trimester compared to what you went through before to get there?
I was so focused on getting to the BFP goal, I didn't mentally prepare enough for how hard pregnancy was going to be and am now feeling a bit undone and frustrated even though I know I'm so lucky to be there. 
Am 9w3d after 3 years trying and then 1 (unsuccessful) round fresh IVF and 1 (successful) FET.  Have had nonstop nausea for a several weeks that's worst at night, so I also can't sleep.  Have to choke down any food and feel so unhealthy.  Have to say I think IVF process was easier than this.
