Where is baby laying?

So I am 15 wks 3 days and wen I use my home doppler for heart beat I find my baby boy on the right side on my ovaries like by my panty line but lower....wen should baby be in my belly or that normal at this point to Still be that low.

I'm 13+4 and went to the doctor two days ago. They found the heartbeat just below my belly button on the right side.

At my 16 week Doppler baby was about an inch or two below my belly button. There's an image floating around here that shows where your uterus is week by week... Maybe google it? But don't set too much store by it- we all carry differently!

I have a very tilited uterus so mine is usually up above my belly button! My doctor scared me pretty good when he couldn't find the heart beat at my first appt! Then we found it up high and he explained the tilted uterus :)

I'm 16w4days and my baby has been on the lower left side for along time . And I can also tell because he/she tends to ball up a lot . Sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes to find the correct heart beat . When I use my home Doppler I don't find the heart beat to be that low maybe your catching on to the placenta?
