First appointment tomorrow

Hello, after having tried for many many years to conceive naturally my husband and I went to the doctors a few months ago who ran tests such as a sperm count and ovulation ones on us. Now all the results are back we're going to our local hospital to see a gynaecologist. I've got no idea what to expect and feeling so nervous, I'm not even sure what of. Would be so grateful if anyone could give me idea what to expect please. Thank in advance
