At my check up yesterday, was surprised to find out I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced and my OB said my cervix was in front now??  I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. No strong contractions and this is my 3rd baby. I'm so ready to have this baby. How much longer??  I was nauseous this morning and vomitted when I got out of bed. Weird. Should I go for a walk? I just want to sleep.
