I'm a FTM and 39 weeks pregnant. Tomorrow I have a doctor appointment, last week I was at a 4 and thinned out, so I might just be sent to the hospital tomorrow. If not I will be induced Friday... Today I started to have mini panic attacks because I am TERRIFIED of labor....I have a low pain tolerance and I haven't felt any contractions my whole pregnancy. I am scared he will come out deformed or with a small head from Zika. I'm scared I will tear or have to get stitches. I'm scared of the epidural. I'm so scared... Can I please just hear some encouragement or stories from other mommies! I'm a little overwhelmed...
