Is it hot where you are? Maybe heat rash? Have you switched any lotion or laundry detergent? I have sensitive skin and get really itchy rashes if I use something harsh. If you have some hydrocortisone cream I'd put some on!

Looks like a rash. I used to get the same thing in the same area as you when I wore a belt for too long. Use a hydrocortisone cream and it should go away in a few days. Also, I understand that it can get extremely uncomfortable and itchy but don't scratch too much! I used to scratch a lot and now I have scars that won't go away.

It looks like heat rash to me. Try putting some calomine lotion on it.

If that's where your belt rubs on your stomach you could be allergic to the nickle . Mine does the same thing
