Low HCG levels...any hope? 🙏🏼

After TTC for 9 month and 3 IUI's we finally got our BFP!!! I was shaking and in tears, the happiest moment until I found out my hcg levels were low and my doctor said it might result in a miscarriage. I had IUI 6/8, was told to to test 6/22 (today), but yesterday (6/21) I went in to test for a possible UTI and I asked another doctor if it was ok to test and she said one day would make no difference. So my HCG levels are 26.6 and I'm 3wks 5days pregnant today. I am so scared and anxious to know if my baby will make it...Have any of you ladies experienced this? I was told to test tomorrow 6/23 to see if my levels are rising.... 👶🏻🙏🏼
