so, I am 16 and I've never had a job before. I really need to get one but I really don't know how and I live in a small town and there is barely anything hiring. also, I have bad social anxiety, which can really cause this kind of situation to not happen, since I'm not good around people. does anyone have any advice on what to do? I need an actual job. not babysitting and stuff like that.
