Round three - what else can I do?!

Question

My first two rounds of 50mg Clomid lead to very strong ovulation numbers but no babies! I start my third (and final) round in a couple days and I want to do everything possible to boost my chances. Last month I used PreSeed before BD and soft cups immediately after BD.
What other things do you all think (or have you heard) can help?

Add mucinex or robitussin! Helps with cm! Also baby aspirin is suppose to help your cervix! Good luck!! Make sure you get the mucinex or robitussin that has that Gauseni...word

I also tried Guaifenesin to help with the cervical mucus, but found that I had better results with Evening Primrose Oil.

Robitussin to thin CM clomid makes you ovulate but it makes the CM very thick which is the opposite of what you want.

Some people to baby aspirin to thin the blood and make sure enough blood is getting to the uterus to help the lining be nice and thick

There's the pineapple core thing. Where the bromalain the the pineapple does some thing encourages implantation.

I thought I wasn't going to ovulate this month because I didn't see a growing follicle until day 22, but then I ovulated that night or the next morning. So I only got in 2BDs the day before and day of. I took robitussin as soon as I found out, and then I've been taking a bromalain supplement I got at GNC ...because I hate pineapple.

I've also been praying every night. In my opinion the way everything happened this month, it had to be divine intervention.

So now I'm just barely in my TWW.
