IUD Advice and Tips, Please!

Okay heya guys! I'm Reba, I'm almost 18 and I just got an IUD put in on the 17th. Are there certain things I should be aware about? How will this change things for my next period and all of that jazz. I'm still cramping which is getting in the way of my sleep. And I would like to know how it would change my sex life. So any advice and tips would be amazing. :)
