Australian homeowners??

We're trying to narrow down a home builder. So far Hotondo is top on our list but their homes are pricey - 212k for a design we like of theirs (thats the final price after speaking with the consultant of everything we want in the home) and we wanted to keep it under 200k. Any suggestions for home builders, please share your experiences ?
