What are you doing to keep pain in your vaginal area to a minimum?

I personally have to visit the nicu every day to see my girl. Sitting in the car and the nicu chair to feed her is brutal.

I even saw my dr cuz I thought it hurt too much, but he's saying I'm fine, normal, and healing.

I use a peri bottle when urinating, and dermoplast spray. My undies are too tight and I'm running out of hospital undies.

I bought a hemorrhoid pillow, and use a rolled up towel to sit on....but mostly try to lay down if I'm not with my daughter.

I also try to keep up with pain meds. I take ibuprofen.

It still hurts. Any suggestions?
