Heartbroken and in pain...😔

This was going to be our first baby, but i guess there were different plans made for us. We had been trying for a few months and we're really excited. Now I feel numb emotionally, but experiencing a lot of pain. I was just wondering when the physical pain will subside so I can begin healing from this.
