Used my breast pump for the first time...
And holy balls did it hurt! It was more painful than having the baby latch on which is mostly painless for me.
The suction was painful and after I pumped my LO woke up so I put her on my boob and it was even more painful.
A few questions for any veteran pumpers
- how many oz do you get from each side?
- what level of suction do you use?
- whT does a let down feel like?
- is it always pAinful to pump?
I have an Ameda electric pump.
