Newlywed

Soo I just got married and we were waiting go have sex until then. That was about a month or so ago. I'm usually irregular on my periods (cycles range anywhere from 28-45+ days) so it's not that uncommon for me to be "late" according to my period tackers. I'm currently on day 53 of my cycle, with little sign of starting. We've used a condom Everytime and he always pulls out as well just to be safe. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I know they can be inaccurate? Anybody have any suggestions? I think my stress over this probably isn't helping it either!! Thanks :)
